Carolyn Clark
Carolyn Clark is the VP of Internal Communications & EX Strategy at Simpplr, a modern intranet platform. A seasoned leader, with deep roots in employee communications and employee experience, Carolyn joined to help Simpplr elevate the employee experience by driving innovation and reimagining how employee communication is delivered in today’s world.

Ashley Butler
Ashley Butler is Sr. Manager of Internal Communications and Culture at Agero, an industry-leading roadside assistance and driver technology company. She brings her passion for empowering people and creating exceptional experiences for them to her current role leading strategy for employee communications, engagement and experience, and Agero’s corporate social responsibility. Her prior experience includes several years as Director of Marketing and Special Events for a Boston non-profit as well as leading a sales and marketing team for an early technology startup in the early childcare space. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her five-year-old son, practicing yoga, and getting outside with her family. She appreciates witty humor, all things “wellness,” and a good TV series binge.
