Carolyn Clark is the VP of Internal Communications & EX Strategy at Simpplr, a modern intranet platform. A seasoned leader, with deep roots in employee communications and employee experience, Carolyn joined to help Simpplr elevate the employee experience by driving innovation and reimagining how employee communication is delivered in today’s world.

Sarah Stockton
As the Director of Employee Communications at HealthEdge, a leading provider of health insurance software solutions, I am responsible for developing and executing the internal communication strategy, overseeing the digital content production, and managing the social media channels. With over 13 years of experience in global internal communications, I have worked with diverse teams and stakeholders across multiple regions and cultures, delivering impactful and engaging messages that align with the organizational vision and values. I have a master’s degree in communication from Emerson College and a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. My core competencies include content creation, digital content, social media content creation, communication planning, and stakeholder management. I am passionate about creating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion at HealthEdge, and empowering our employees to achieve their full potential.

Geoffrey Miller
Geoffrey works at the intersection of internal communications and digital employee experience at Genesys. He is responsible for guiding strategy and improvement of the internal One Genesys Portal and Genesys Video Hub platforms, and pursuing employee engagement and productivity growth through integrations and AI tools.
Geoffrey holds a BA degree in Journalism and Marketing. He lives in Indiana with his wife and two cats, and is slowly learning how to play hockey.

Allegra is the Senior Internal Communications Manager at Coursera, an innovative learning platform with a mission to provide universal access to world-class learning. A seasoned IC professional, she has experience across marketing, HR, and PR-Comms. At Coursera, Allegra ensures the global team has access to key information and fosters a shared mission.
With an MBA in Marketing & Global Business from Rutgers, a SHRM-CP certification and a cross-functional mindset, Allegra brings an impact-focused, strategic approach to IC. She led HR IC at Onna, TCS, and Panasonic. Allegra lives in New Jersey with her husband, three boys, and enjoys baking, Star Wars novels, and chatting with strangers.
