Simpplr is hosting our first in-person ½ day event for organizations seeking to elevate their organization’s employee experience and Simpplr customers and prospects seeking to learn and connect with each other.

Across all industries and organizations, the triple pressures of attracting and retaining talent, supporting different work models, and ensuring employee engagement and well being has elevated the importance of employee experience. In turn, human resources, internal communications, and IT professionals must elevate the employee experience to be a central tenet of their initiatives and technology stack.

Carolyn Clark

Vice President, Employee Experience Strategy & Transformation, SIMPPLR

Carolyn Clark is the Vice President of Employee Experience Strategy & Transformation of Simpplr, an employee experience platform. A seasoned leader, with deep roots in employee communications and employee experience, Carolyn joined to help Simpplr elevate the employee experience by driving innovation and reimagining how employee communication is delivered in today’s world.
 
Throughout her career, Clark has intentionally diversified her experience to all facets of communication. From producing broadcast news to consumer and product public relations, media relations and corporate communication. Before joining Simpplr, Clark led internal and HR communication at major tech companies including Yahoo, Oath (Verizon Media), Pandora, GoDaddy, and Opendoor. Clark has led countless transitions, navigated more crises than she can count, and shepherded thousands of employees through complex acquisitions and integrations. She has a passion for navigating difficult situations and an ability to drive employee experience strategy through complicated corporate issues.
 
Clark lives in North Carolina with her husband and energetic 8-year-old daughter.

Senior Communications Specialist, Agero

Ashley Anglisano is a Senior Communications Specialist at Agero, an industry-leading roadside assistance and driver technology company. She manages Agero’s employee-facing Intranet and communication strategy, and supports employee engagement and recognition. Ashley lives in Boston and outside the office can be found cheering on the Red Sox or cooking a new recipe.

Sr. Manager of Internal Communications and Culture, Agero

Ashley Butler is Sr. Manager of Internal Communications and Culture at Agero, an industry-leading roadside assistance and driver technology company. She brings her passion for empowering people and creating exceptional experiences for them to her current role leading strategy for employee communications, engagement and experience, and Agero’s corporate social responsibility. Her prior experience includes several years as Director of Marketing and Special Events for a Boston non-profit as well as leading a sales and marketing team for an early technology startup in the early childcare space. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her five-year-old son, practicing yoga, and getting outside with her family. She appreciates witty humor, all things “wellness,” and a good TV series binge.
