Bala Kasiviswanathan

He started this journey at Microsoft both in APJ and then worldwide roles, followed by his role as a product leader at Apigee, helping them to IPO and an acquisition by Google Cloud. Before joining Simpplr, he was the Chief Product Officer for Tidal at X (formerly Google X), helping drive innovation through advanced computer vision and AI for addressing complex ocean challenges we face as humanity.
Currently, Bala is focused on driving AI-based innovations for Simpplr’s employee experience and modern intranet platform. With a genuine dedication to enhancing employee experiences, he aims to deliver outstanding solutions that empower organizations.
Robert Henehan
Director of Analytics and Business Applications
Robert Henehan is an accomplished healthcare IT leader with a proven track record in system design, resource management, and strategic innovation. He started his career at Epic Systems in Wisconsin, moved into healthcare IT consulting with Huron Consulting, and has contributed to the development of critical systems in various healthcare organizations. His role often intersects with driving efficiency, employee support, and patient care excellence.
In his leadership role at El Camino Health, he led key initiatives that redefined the use of information and technology, directly contributing to substantial improvements in clinical, quality, operational, and financial metrics.
He blends a pragmatic approach with a community-building philosophy to not only advance technology but also to foster a culture of collaboration and shared knowledge. His efforts have been pivotal in scaling innovative solutions and in the transformation of healthcare delivery and operations. Recognized for enhancing outcomes and efficiency, he has guided his teams through transitions that resulted in significant organizational growth and the adoption of innovative technologies.
Currently, he is channeling his expertise into independent consulting, aiming to leverage AI and analytics to not only improve the patient and employee experience but to set new standards for excellence in healthcare systems.
When not immersed in the world of healthcare IT, Robert enjoys the calm of yoga and plays board games competitively.
