Will has been an internal communicator for over 20 years. He’s worked across a lot of industries such as public health, defence, housing and global FMCG.
A veteran webinar and conference speaker, Will has also been an IC judge and has a penchant for transformation and digital employee experience.
His passion for extolling the virtues of strategic IC has meant he’s an active mentor, including supporting the IOIC mentor programme.

Gareth Orr
Gareth Orr is a Digital Workplace and AI Transformation Consultant at Gallagher, specialising in AI adoption, internal communications and digital strategy. He helps global teams embed tools like Microsoft Copilot and Digital Workplace solutions to drive productivity and meaningful change. Gareth brings a practical, human-centred approach to complex digital transformations.

Rachel Tolhurst
Rachel is an award-winning communicator with nearly 30 years’ experience across financial and infrastructure services, aviation, healthcare, satcomms and agency.
She has spoken at many events about measurement for communicators, and delivered masterclasses in internal communications and embracing AI. She is passionate about the value of employee voice and data to measure impact and drive insight and improvement.
Rachel has been an International Association of Business Communicators UK&I Board member for two years and a mentor with Help for Heroes.
