Justin Ryckebusch joined Simpplr in 2022, and he has been working in Customer Success with SaaS companies for over 20 years. Justin is passionate about the ways in which technology can enable positive change and humanize the employee experience. Justin also loves developing trusting relationships with customers while helping them achieve their tech, communications, and business goals. Justin has a graduate degree in Philosophy from Boston University, and he lives in San Francisco with his wife and three kids.
Courtney Tavernit
Courtney is a seasoned solutions consultant with 18+ years of experience supporting customer journeys. She loves building relationships with new companies and working with them to identify their pain points & desired end states so that she can present a vision of what that future could look like in partnership together. Courtney lives in Michigan and thrives in the new activities each season brings – summer water sports, fall cider mills, winter snow sports, and everything in between.
