This practical and candid session is designed to help IC professionals articulate their strategic value, build internal influence, and make the case for modern communication in the digital workplace.
Together, we’ll explore:
- How to demonstrate the impact of IC through meaningful measurement
- Measure your strategies for engaging employees across dispersed and digital teams
- The digital workplace: what’s working, what’s not, and where IC fits in
- Telling a data-led story that resonates with leadership and secures buy-in
