Olga Skouteli

Olga Skouteli is the Head of Culture and Engagement at Lilium, a high-growth scale-up developing an electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, that will revolutionize regional air mobility. 

She is currently based in Munich, after 10 years in London where she worked as an employee experience consultant with global organizations such as Rolls-Royce, Visa, Nestlé, GE Healthcare, HSBC, and others, on transforming their culture and delivering an employee experience that drives business results. Olga’s expertise lies in developing and delivering engagement, internal communications, and Inclusion & Diversity strategies that reconnect employees with the business mission, create a sense of belonging, and be productive, focused, and engaged with the organization they chose to give their energy and talents to. Olga’s purpose is to drive successful businesses with fulfilled and inspired people, or as she prefers to put it “bring humanity and empathy back to the business world”. Her academic background is proof that millennials choose squiggly paths in their careers, with a bachelor’s degree from Athens’ Law School and an LLM (masters in law) from University College London (UCL).
