Gary is a veteran CMO with a track record of building high-growth demand and revenue engines, effective marketing teams, and differentiated brands, as well as establishing categories. Previously, he was CMO at Malwarebytes, Socure, and Equifax’s Identity and Fraud Division.

Matt Rivera

Matt has worked for Yoh for almost 32 years. He is a true success story for the career opportunities at D&Z, joining Yoh in 1991 as a payroll administrator also managing regional proposals, then moving to the Yoh Philadelphia office in 1993 as national proposal manager and the first person in the Yoh marketing department. He has held many different roles from payroll, proposal management, technology management, quality, managed staffing implementations and many others, always supporting marketing and communications. He created Yoh’s first website, helped order the first computers and laptops, and oversaw the development of Yoh’s first SAP-based online e-business platform, the Yoh Exchange, among many other firsts.

Matt has a degree in Journalism/Public Relations and lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife of 31 years, Andrea and their two children. This year he will complete 12 years of service to his local community, serving on the Norristown Area School District School Board.

Gary Sevounts

A veteran CMO, Gary has a track record of building high-growth demand and revenue engines, effective marketing teams, differentiated brands, as well as establishing and dominating categories. Most recently, he was CMO at Malwarebytes, where he built a new marketing engine and team while improving EBITDA by 60%+. Other CMO accomplishments include building an ARR growth engine at Socure, introducing the Identity Trust Network, and powering 6X valuation growth at Kount. This led to an acquisition by Equifax and recognition by the Wall Street Journal as one of the top 35 marketing executives of the year.
