Chuck Gose
I am a self-proclaimed Skyline Chili connoisseur and dedicated Duran Duran fan with nearly 30 years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, and internal communications. My passion for this work began early in my career at companies like General Motors and Rolls-Royce, where I saw firsthand how internal communications can drive real success.
Today, I lead ICology, a community and resource built to inspire communicators to do more, be more, and realize just how much more they already are. I am also the co-host of Frequency, a podcast with Jenni Field where we explore the everyday rhythms and stories that shape how organizations communicate and thrive.
Over the years, I have partnered with some of the world’s most well-known brands to help them rethink how they connect with employees, from the shop floor to the corner office. I am also the co-creator of the Periodic Table of Internal Communications and co-author of The Very Hungry Communicator.
And once, I got to fly in a blimp, which always makes for a good story.
