Internal Communications Specialist

Rachel Fallert is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Marketing team and is based in Chicago. Since joining the firm in 2019, Rachel’s work has focused on internal communications and managing the Firm’s intranet, including site strategy, training teams, increasing engagement and analyzing metrics.

Rachel graduated from Western Michigan University with a B.A. in marketing.
