She joined Simpplr in March 2025 as an internal communications expert, developing thought leadership content and building Simpplr’s UK and EMEA presence through events, webinars and strategic partnerships with industry bodies.
She hosts breakfast roundtables and presents at conferences and summits, bringing together IC, HR and IT practitioners to explore topics such as AI adoption, employee listening and measurement.
Rachel is passionate about the value of employee voice and data-driven insight. She has been an IABC UK&I Board member and a mentor with Help for Heroes.
