About the presenters

Regan Zuege
Like many internal communicators, Regan Zuege found herself accidentally swept up in the world of internal comms more than a decade ago, and she never looked back. She loves carefully crafting communications to create a sense of authentic belonging, connection and culture within workplaces. Regan went through the full intranet selection process with a previous employer, ultimately selecting and successfully implementing Simpplr. She became such a superfan that she now leads internal communications here for the Simpplr team. Kerilynn Pajer
Keri Pajer is VP, HR Business Partnerships and Change Initiatives at Agero. Keri is a strategy and planning executive with expertise in aligning organizational needs to the delivery of complex business solutions and expanded capabilities. Keri thrives on creating positive change, has a passion for resourceful problem-solving, and is inspired by developing talent.

Jill van der Poel
Jill van der Poel is the Director of Corporate Affairs at Moderna where she leads strategic initiatives in employee engagement, corporate communications, social media and executive visibility. With ten years of experience in the biotech industry, Jill has significantly contributed to enhancing brand visibility and employee engagement, especially as Moderna expanded during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, she managed digital and social media strategies at Ipsen, a global biopharmaceutical company focused on oncology, rare disease, and neuroscience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in music performance from Baylor University in Waco, TX. When not in the office, you can find her gardening with her family in Boston or working on art projects that fuel her creativity.

Lauren Hultz
Lauren Hultz is director of digital communications and brand management for Domtar, a leading producer of forest products used everyday around the world. She and her team are responsible for Domtar’s digital communications platform and content strategy, including the plaNET intranet (powered by Simpplr), the company website, social media activities, and ensuring the company’s brand is applied appropriately across a variety of digital and print media.
Lauren has been with Domtar since February 2021 and started her tenure with the company as senior advisor, communications, where she led the implementation of the company’s first SharePoint Online intranet with a platform overlay. As manager, digital communications, and eventually senior manager, she led the development of the company’s digital communications activities and implementation of new platforms and processes to improve internal and external Communications.
Lauren’s communications career is reflective of her multi-passionate nature, as she has worked in a variety of roles and has experience leading and supporting all areas of communication, including internal communications, community relations, media relations, change communications, crisis communications, marketing communications, and graphic design.
Lauren is a committed lifelong learner and advocate for inclusion and diversity. She is a member of Domtar’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council and the International Association of Business Communicators, and has previously served on the board of directors for the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance (formerly Charlotte Chamber) and the former Charlotte Chamber Young Professionals organization.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Lauren is a ‘maker’ – a cook, a baker, a crocheter, writer, and sometimes musician – and proud “dog mom” to a rescue mutt.
