Humans in the loop: internal comms in the age of AI
Watch the webinar
Webinar details
AI is changing how we work. But internal communicators know: the most meaningful parts of our job have never shown up in a dashboard. It’s the pause before you publish. The message that doesn’t feel right. The instinct to ask, “Will this build trust or break it?”
This on-demand webinar helps you prepare for what’s next.
Join Carolyn Clark and Rachel Tolhurst (Simpplr EMEA) for a real, practical conversation about what AI can do, what it can’t (yet), and how to lead with clarity and care in the in-between.
They’ll cover:
- Critical thinking at AI speed
- Designing for emotion and trust
- Measuring what matters (not just clicks)
- Staying human while scaling your voice
- IC can have a role to play in AI integration
Whether you’re experimenting with tools or just trying to keep up with the buzz, this conversation will help you pause, reflect, and sharpen the skills that matter most.
