Wisam Latif is an IT Product Manager at Genesys, with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, encompassing software development, project management, implementation, and product management. His well-rounded background equips him with a deep understanding of delivering user-centric technology solutions aligned with broader business strategy.
In his current role, Wisam leads the execution and ongoing evolution of the company’s employee experience platform built on Simpplr. He focuses on enabling a more connected, productive, and informed workforce by partnering closely with HR and Internal Communications to bring their employee engagement and communications strategies to life through technology.

Carolyn Clark
Carolyn Clark is the VP of Internal Communications & EX Strategy at Simpplr, a modern intranet platform. A seasoned leader, with deep roots in employee communications and employee experience, Carolyn joined to help Simpplr elevate the employee experience by driving innovation and reimagining how employee communication is delivered in today’s world.
