Translation Disclaimer

Simpplr provides machine-generated translations to help users access content in their preferred language. Translations are powered by your organization’s configured third-party translation provider, such as Google Translate, Microsoft Translator, DeepL, or other supported services.

Accuracy of Translations

Machine translations are provided for convenience only. While reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate translations, automated translations are not perfect and may not accurately reflect the original content, context, tone, formatting, technical terminology, or organization-specific language.

Some content—including images, videos, attachments, embedded content, and complex formatting—may not translate correctly due to the limitations of machine translation technology.

Official Content

The English version of the content is the authoritative version. If a translation cannot be generated, the original English content is displayed as the fallback language.

If there is any discrepancy or difference between the translated and English versions, the English version prevails.

Privacy and Data Handling

When a translation is requested, only the content required to perform the translation is securely sent to your organization’s configured translation provider. Organizations are responsible for ensuring their selected provider meets applicable security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Disclaimer

Translations are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

For business, legal, compliance, or other critical information, always refer to the original English content.
