Berly Paz is a senior HR leader, steeped in Silicon Valley tech experience gained across three decades. She is VP of Total Rewards, HR Technology and People Operations for Simpplr, a leader in modern intranet software that transforms the work experience. Berly is passionate about applying Simpplr’s belief that when work is good, life is better, by transforming the employee experience through forward-thinking HR and the application of Simpplr’s AI-powered technology. Prior to joining Simpplr, Berly held senior HR leadership roles across leading cybersecurity companies such as Mandiant, FireEye and McAfee. Her vast experience also comes from time with leading technology companies like Google, EMC & Sun Microsystems.
