Since our launch in 2014, Simpplr has grown from a handful of committed early adopters into a global company that includes more than 200 happy customers from technology, healthcare, financial institutions, and media entertainment.
2020 emphasized the need to create a virtual headquarters so that employees could collaborate across departments and stay connected not only to each other but the broader organization during remote work. I recognize this was a challenging year on multiple fronts, and have tremendous admiration for the sacrifices everyone made this year.
A few highlights from 2020:
A year of growth. We’ve seen tremendous teamwork and collaboration across the business in 2020. Our employees rallied together to see significant growth year-over-year and deliver 97% customer retention. Simpplr enhanced the Prescriptive Analytics and Adaptive Personalization features to offer unique intranet experiences for thousands of employees.
A year of gratitude. It’s been a difficult year for all but the dedication, passion, and commitment from Simpplr employees has made the company what it is today. It was heartening to have the industry recognize our hard work and passion with award recognitions from Forrester, Gartner, Best Places to Work, The American Business Awards, and much much more.
A year of admiration. We are nothing without our amazing customers. As we transitioned to a virtual company, our customers stepped up to advocate for the work Simpplr does by participating in over 20 virtual conferences and webinars.
