Webinar details

With employees across five locations, including remote, office, and deskless employees, Lozier faced a challenge: how could they modernize and build on the success of a paper-based system to effectively recognize and celebrate achievements – visible to all employees, in all locations?

To boost morale, strengthen connections, and reinforce positive behaviors, they needed a simpler and more visible way to recognize employees across the entire company.

Since launching their recognition program with Simpplr less than a year ago, Lozier employees have shared over 1,000 recognitions, instantly celebrating successes and creating connection across the company.

Join Hannah Bolte, Lozier’s Director of People, Communications, and Marketing, as she shares how Lozier built a culture of appreciation that inspires employees.

Discover in this session:

  • Why instant recognition fosters stronger connections across the entire company
  • How Lozier’s recognition program engages employees across remote, office, and deskless roles
  • Practical tips for building a recognition culture within your organization
  • The role of rewards in enhancing recognition to deepen appreciation
