Karly Herring is an experienced professional with a strong background in internal communications, employee engagement, and social media. Currently serving as the Director of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement and the Director of Social Media at 1st Franklin Financial Corporation since March 2017, Karly has effectively contributed to organizational communication strategies. Previously, Karly was the Owner and Founder of Feral Outfitters, a women's boutique, from January 2013 to March 2017. Karly began a career in finance as an HR Assistant at 1st Franklin Financial in early 2009. Karly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Piedmont University, completed in 2014

Christy is a seasoned intranet expert, after 16 years at NewsGator, Jive and now Simpplr. Christy is a Prosci Change Practitioner and leads the value consulting practice, which helps prospects and customers create, measure and report on the business impact they see as a result of implementing Simpplr. This includes activities like:
— Defining their vision and goals (how they’ll realize value)
— Calculating ROI
— Creating a roadmap with executable milestones
— Defining their intranet program governance
— Managing change
Christy grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and relocated to Denver nearly 20 years ago. During her off hours, Christy likes to read, watch movies, cook, drink wine, travel, and take “urban hikes” around her adopted city.
