Talent and Business Ops Leader and Employee Experience Champion Barbara Massa Joins Simpplr Board of Directors

(REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA – July 20, 2022) — Simpplr, a leading provider of employee experience solutions, today announced that Barbara Massa, Executive Vice President and Chief of Business Operations of Mandiant, has been appointed to its board of directors. Massa brings more than 25 years of experience driving innovation, workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness.

In her current role at Mandiant, Massa oversees information systems and services, security—both information and physical—as well as global people and places organizations. Prior to her role at Mandiant, she held multiple senior talent leadership roles, including Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources, Real Estate & Facilities at FireEye, where she helped scale the company from about 400 employees to approximately 2,800 employees, and Vice President of Global Talent & Diversity at McAfee.
