Natalie Ridsdale
Natalie is the Director of Internal Communications at Levi Strauss & Co where she manages employee experience initiatives and tools at LS&Co., including their intranet, employee value proposition, employee feedback networks, culture initiatives and efforts to shape the workplace of the future. She is also the executive communications partner for the CIO and General Counsel.
Prior to her time at Levi’s, Natalie started her career as an editor at companies like Visa, Spa Magazine, Fleishman-Hillard, and Santa Rosa Press Democrat.
