Discover the key to transforming your organization’s success by revolutionizing the employee experience.

In today’s constantly evolving world of work, exceptional employee experiences have become an important differentiator.

Join industry analyst and thought leader Kathi Enderes and Miriam Connaughton, Simpplr’s Chief People and Experience Officer, for a research-driven webinar into strategies that will help you streamline employee productivity, reduce digital friction, and attract and retain top talent.

Here are a few highlights from the webinar:

  • HR Tech: Only 1/3 of HR leaders and employees are satisfied with the employee experience in their organization. Yet 83% of employees believe HR technology is important in their everyday experience at work. What decisions do a leadership team need to make to raise the bar of employee satisfaction?
  • Autonomy in a remote work world – trust matters: Connaughton shares topline insights from research into German businesses on the corrosive impact of micromanaging. How do you empower your managers to take initiative?
  • The scourge of inconsistency: Employee experience is not static. Enderes shares the results of a survey of over 1,000 companies conducted by the Josh Bersin Company. Why is inconsistency such a common theme, and what are the best ways for teams to shape a purposeful culture?
  • Management development – your critical path to success: “All of our research says that the role of a person’s immediate manager is critical to engagement”, says Simpplr’s CPO Miriam Connaughton. “But I think they are an under-supported segment of the workforce.” What do managers need to make their employee experience more resilient?
