Webinar details

When communication lives in too many places, employees feel the disconnect.

In this on-demand session, Miriam Connaughton of Simpplr and Stacie Taylor of Pikeville Medical Center explore why tech consolidation is more than a technology decision. The systems employees use directly shape how communication is delivered, understood, and experienced.

Watch the session to hear how fragmented systems affect the work communicators are trying to do every day, from cutting through competing messages to delivering relevant updates, recognizing employees, and understanding what is working.

You’ll walk away with a practical look at how IC can partner with IT and HR to design systems that support more clarity, consistency, and focus across the employee journey.
