About the presenters
Molly Donovan
Senior Manager, AI & Data at EY
Molly Donovan leads AI governance and responsible AI initiatives as a Senior Manager in EY’s AI & Data practice. With over seven years of experience spanning AI strategy, product development, and responsible AI implementation, she specializes in translating complex regulatory requirements into practical technical controls.
At EY, Molly partners with global organizations across sectors to design and implement AI governance frameworks, risk management methodologies, and ModelOps solutions. Her work includes developing guardrail systems that monitor for hallucination, prompt injection, and other generative AI risks in regulated environments. She has led the creation of comprehensive AI monitoring dashboards and risk tiering frameworks aligned with NIST standards, facilitating alignment across functions and regions at Fortune 500 companies.
Before joining EY, Molly held AI transformation and product management roles at LivePerson and Conversable, where she led conversational AI implementations and developed systematic testing frameworks to increase accuracy and reduce bias in AI-generated responses. She holds a BA in English Literature from Kenyon College. Molly currently mentors through EY’s CUNY GenAI Center of Excellence and is an active member of All Tech is Human.
Preethi Raghunathan
Responsible AI strategy and Activation Leader at EY
Preethi is a senior manager in our Technology Consulting practice based in Denver, CO.
As the Responsible AI Strategy and Activation leader, with more than 15 years of professional experience, Preethi helps clients navigate the complexities of their responsible AI needs, ensuring AI systems are designed and deployed with a strong focus on fairness, transparency and accountability. This includes collaborating with clients, including leaders in the technology sector to conduct reviews of their existing AI governance practices, recommending practical strategies to mitigate associated risks, and developing and implementing tailored responsible AI frameworks that meet their unique needs and comply with regulatory requirements.
Additionally, Preethi focuses on researching embedded technical mitigations and developing implementation strategies for Responsible AI by design. Through her dedicated efforts, Preethi strives to increase the scale of AI adoption and foster trust in AI solutions, through purposeful design, agile governance and vigilant supervision,
