Jeanne is a seasoned solutions consultant with 20+ years of experience supporting customer journeys, with 11+ of those years in the social intranet and employee experience space. She enjoys partnering with companies to help them identify their business challenges and appropriate technology solutions; providing deep product knowledge, technical understanding and consulting on industry best practices. Jeanne lives in the SF bay area and enjoys spending time with family, outdoor activities, shopping, and going to concerts.
Christy Schoon
Christy is a seasoned intranet expert, after 16 years at NewsGator, Jive and now Simpplr. Christy is a Prosci Change Practitioner and leads the value consulting practice, which helps prospects and customers create, measure and report on the business impact they see as a result of implementing Simpplr. This includes activities like:

— Creating a roadmap with executable milestones

Christy grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and relocated to Denver nearly 20 years ago. During her off hours, Christy likes to read, watch movies, cook, drink wine, travel, and take “urban hikes” around her adopted city.

I am a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in user-centered design, specializing in online community management and social collaboration. Currently working with Social Edge Consulting, I advise clients on building vibrant business communities on various social networking platforms. My expertise spans a wide array of skills, from guiding stakeholders and conducting customer interviews to shaping information architecture and producing wireframes and site maps. I have successfully implemented online communities for Fortune 500 companies using platforms like Jive Software, Simpplr, Verint, Higher Logic, LumApps, Unily, and Igloo, both for employees and customers.
