Lisa partners with leaders to design and deploy strategic communication programs that deliver target results across a variety of focus areas. She helps organizations transform their cultures and achieve their goals by enhancing leadership communication capabilities, optimizing talent, and strategically leveraging generative AI.

With nearly 20 years of professional experience, Lisa has worked with clients across agency, consultancy, and in-house settings. Her portfolio spans multiple industries, including fast-moving consumer goods, financial services, healthcare, high tech, hospitality, insurance, pharmaceuticals, retail, and telecommunications. She brings unique perspectives to her work from previous roles, including Founder / CEO of a boutique consultancy and Global Head of Talent Communications & Marketing for Philips.

Lisa holds a BS in Communications & Business Marketing from The University of Miami, and a certificate in Breakthrough Leadership from Harvard Business School. She is a frequent speaker, content contributor, and workshop facilitator, in addition to serving as a trusted partner on complex organizational projects.

Lisa is based in Massachusetts, where she coaches basketball and youth leadership skills at the Inly School. In her spare time, she enjoys adventures with her husband and two daughters, fitness challenges, home improvement projects, and getting creative in the kitchen.

As a communications and business consultant for 15+ years, Scott’s focus has been on digital workplace and employee experience strategy and platforms. In addition, he has over 20 years of project management experience, where he led complex projects from vision to launch in both staff and consulting roles. Scott’s past digital workplace work includes consulting with Fortune 500 clients American Express and Philip Morris International and a host of other firms ranging in size from large global to small and medium enterprises. He has a broad industry background that includes Financial Services and Insurance, Healthcare and Clinical, Manufacturing, Retail and Not for Profit. With an MBA and a BS in Labor Relations, Scott has the ability to analyze challenges from an employee perspective and provide innovative opportunities for change.

Sonya is a senior leader experienced across digital & AI, strategy, comms, and change transforming how organisations operate and perform through digital, workplace, and people transformation. She has a proven track record of successfully scaling business units and driving organisational change achieving tangible business value and ROI.

She currently leads the Digital Workplace and AI Transformation practice at Simply, a Gallagher company – a leading consulting and insights business for the evolving world of work.

Sonya has experience working alongside ExCo of FTSE100 firms leading business units as Chief of Staff (in-house), launching industry leading products, platforms, and digitisation with over 4m customers in B2C and B2B markets, and consulting with global organisations specialising in digital and AI (traditional and generative) workplace transformation, employee experience, and communication.

Carolyn Clark is the VP of Internal Communications & EX Strategy at Simpplr, a modern intranet platform. A seasoned leader, with deep roots in employee communications and employee experience, Carolyn joined to help Simpplr elevate the employee experience by driving innovation and reimagining how employee communication is delivered in today’s world.

Throughout her career, Clark has intentionally diversified her experience to all facets of communication. From producing broadcast news to consumer and product public relations, media relations and corporate communication. Before joining Simpplr, Clark led internal and HR communication at major tech companies including Yahoo, Oath (Verizon Media), Pandora, GoDaddy, and Opendoor. Clark has led countless transitions, navigated more crises than she can count, and shepherded thousands of employees through complex acquisitions and integrations. She has a passion for navigating difficult situations and an ability to drive employee experience strategy through complicated corporate issues.

Clark lives in North Carolina with her husband and energetic 10-year-old daughter.
