Unifying the frontline: How NIHR connected 3,000 workers and four systems

Webinar details
Your frontline teams shouldn’t have to hunt through four systems or ask a coworker just to find the right information.
That was NIHR’s reality after a major organizational unification brought together 3,000 distributed workers, six functions, and four separate systems. Information was scattered; ownership was unclear. And ultimately, employees needed a faster, simpler way to find information they could trust.
In this webinar, hear how the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) created a single secure digital front door for its workforce, connected existing tools, improved governance, and gave employees a clearer path to the information they need.
You’ll learn how to:
- Create a single source of truth across fragmented systems
- Improve content ownership, access, and governance
- Use engagement data to see what’s working and what’s not
- Support frontline, hybrid, and distributed teams through change
Register to discover what it takes to connect people, content, and systems without adding more noise to the workplace.
