Courtney Goethals Dobrow joined Spencer Stuart in 2018 as a member of the Firm’s global marketing group. She develops messaging and communications approaches that capture Spencer Stuart’s voice and educate colleagues about our mission, values, business strategies, priorities, services, and culture. Courtney also leads our internal communications strategies and channels as well as overall message development for executive communications.

Prior to joining the Firm, she worked at investment management and research firm Morningstar, Inc., serving as a director of media relations, mutual fund analyst, and director of global internal communications. Prior to Morningstar, she worked for Kaplan Publishing in several public relations and marketing communications roles. Courtney received her B.A. from Smith College in Northampton, MA.
