FeaturedCustomers, a customer reference platform for B2B business software & services, has just released their Spring 2021 Customer Success Report for Employee Intranet Software category and Simpplr is proud to announce that we’ve been recognized as a market leader. 

Market Leaders are vendors with a substantial customer base & market share. Market Leaders have the highest ratio of customer reference content, content quality score, and social media presence relative to company size.

The customer success report is based on over 1,950 pieces of verified customer reference content. A vendor’s overall customer success score is reached via a weighted average of their Content, Market Presence, and Company Scores. Of the vendors listed in the FeaturedCustomers’ Employee Intranet Software category, 28 vendors met the minimum requirements needed to be considered for the customer success report.
