Simpplr has been named a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Intranet Platforms, Q2 2026 for the fourth time. We believe this recognition reflects something deeper than a strong product cycle. It’s evidence of a years-long commitment to building the platform distributed organizations truly need.

This is the fourth consecutive time Simpplr has been named a Leader in The Forrester Wave: Intranet Platforms. Forrester evaluated the 13 most significant intranet platform vendors across 28 criteria spanning product capability, strategy, and market approach. Simpplr received the highest possible scores — 5 out of 5 — in 14 criteria.

A Leader designation means executing consistently across the capabilities buying committees evaluate. Fourteen criteria at the highest possible score reflects that.

Forrester’s Wave methodology scores vendors across two dimensions, Current Offering and Strategy.

Current Offering measures the breadth and depth of what the platform does today — how well it executes against complex enterprise requirements across search, integrations, communications, governance, and more.

Strategy measures how well a vendor anticipates where the market is going, including innovation investment, roadmap credibility, and the maturity of its customer success approach.

How we’re continuing to innovate

Simpplr also received the highest possible score in Innovation — a word many vendors use but one that can be hard to demonstrate in reality.

What it means for Simpplr is a continued investment in AI agents that handle a broad range of admin tasks autonomously. It includes extended search connectors that reach further into the enterprise ecosystem, and an agent studio that will give organizations the tools to build their own workflow automations without relying on professional services.

These are investments already underway, built on the same R&D approach that produced 14 highest-possible scores in this evaluation.
