With over 10 years’ experience in HR within in the technology, automotive and marketing industries, her background in complex implementations and transformation initiatives has proven that a people centric focus is the key to success. With a disciplined approach to project management, leadership rhythms, and communications, she is able to connect business goals to modern change programs rooted in the long-term objectives of organization’s to drive results. Lauren is a certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci) with an Advance BA in Human Resources (Sheridan) and a certification in Strategic Planning & Execution (McGill Executive Institute).

Content and Communications Specialist

Jasmine Chan manages the governance of Bond’s intranet platform and management of existing communication channels – leveraging the best of internal communication and digital workplace collaboration capabilities. With over 5 years’ of experience in both project and change management, her experience in developing and executing internal communications strategies for organization-wide implementations has proven that effective communication is crucial to successful adoption.
