Susan Horn
Director, Internal Communications & Culture, OneSource Virtual
Susan Horn is the Director of Internal Communications and Culture for OneSource Virtual (OSV). With over twenty years of experience in internal marketing, communications, and human resources, she is dedicated to enhancing the employee experience and company reputation at OSV. She aims to engage the global workforce and foster a collaborative culture, making OSV a great place to work.
Before joining OSV, Susan spent more than 18 years at Alliance Data, now Bread Financial, where she held various roles, pushing the status quo, elevating the employee experience, and driving improvements across the business.
Outside of work, Susan enjoys spending time with her family, whether at the beach, on the lake, or playing golf. A native Texan, she currently resides in North Texas and is passionate about giving back and creating memorable experiences for others. Susan is married to her college sweetheart and has two teenagers, Lauren and Cooper, as well as two dogs, Charlie and Waylon.
Bayley Carnes
Manager, Internal Communications & Culture at OneSource Virtual
Bayley Carnes is the Manager of Internal Communications and Culture for OneSource Virtual (OSV). With over 5 years of experience in human resources functions like onboarding, employee experience, learning and talent development, and corporate communications, he is dedicated to enhancing the employee experience and company reputation at OSV. He aims to engage the global workforce and foster a collaborative culture, making OSV a great place to work.
Before taking on his role now, Bayley spent the early years of his career facilitating effective training sessions for diverse groups of employees across the globe, developing and improving onboarding plans and tools, administering HRIS systems, and leveraging technology to improve communication and collaboration tools for seamless access to information.
Outside of work, Bayley enjoys spending time with his family and friends, seeing concerts or exploring new places and trying local bites and brews. A native Oklahoman, he currently resides in central Oklahoma and is passionate about helping others succeed and grow personally and professionally.
