What’s new this year
We are thrilled to be hosting our third annual contest honoring IC, HR, and IT teams making a significant impact on the employee experience. Last year, we received nearly 170 contest entries from more than 80 different customers. Our judges were consistently blown away by the creativity, innovation, and enthusiasm displayed in each entry.
This year’s winners will receive:
- A VIP ticket to the two-day Simpplr Employee Experience Summit and Awards event in Scottsdale, Arizona, at the end of September 2026. We’ll cover your event attendance and one night’s hotel stay. This is the perfect opportunity to connect with other industry leaders.

How to enter
The Employee Experience Excellence Awards is open to all Simpplr customers! To enter, visit Employee Experience Excellence for a closer look at each category, then submit your entry.
Each customer organization is allowed to submit up to three entries across the 11 categories to increase your chances of winning. The contest opens on Monday, December 1, 2025. The last day to submit your entry is Friday, February 13, 2026, by 11:59 p.m. PST.
